Shipping policy
At ArtlorebyAnitha, every creation is individually hand-painted with care and attention to detail. As each piece is made especially for you, we appreciate your patience while we bring your order to life.
1. Order Processing & Dispatch
All our hand-painted products, including tote bags, pouches, bookmarks, and other creations, are made to order.
- Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 7–10 working days from the date of order confirmation.
- This time allows us to paint, dry, finish, quality-check, and carefully package your products.
- Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
Please note that dispatch refers to when your order is handed over to our courier partner, not when it reaches your address.
2. Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship across India. International shipping is not available at this time.
Once your order is dispatched, delivery is estimated to take approximately 5–7 additional working days, depending on your location, PIN code, and courier service.
The total estimated time from placing an order to receiving it is therefore approximately 12–17 working days.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier operations and circumstances beyond our control.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery location, package weight, and applicable courier rates.
The final shipping charge will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
We currently do not offer complimentary shipping unless explicitly stated as part of a promotion.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be shared through email or other available communication channels, where supported by our courier partner.
You can use these details to follow the progress of your shipment.
5. Delivery Attempts & Undelivered Orders
Our courier partners will attempt delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.
Please ensure that your address, PIN code, and contact number are accurate and complete.
If delivery is unsuccessful, additional attempts may be made according to the courier partner's delivery policy.
If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, please contact us to discuss redelivery arrangements and any applicable additional shipping charges.
6. Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances
As a small, independent art business, we make every effort to dispatch orders within the stated timeframe.
However, unexpected circumstances, high order volumes, public holidays, weather conditions, or courier disruptions may occasionally affect processing or delivery timelines.
If we anticipate a significant delay in dispatching your order, we will make reasonable efforts to inform you and discuss available options.
