The Story Behind ArtlorebyAnitha

From a corporate desk to a life filled with colour.

For many years, my life revolved around meetings, deadlines and everything that comes with a corporate career. It was a life I was good at, but somewhere along the way, I realised I had been quietly putting aside something I truly loved — painting.

I decided to give myself the chance to take art seriously, not just as something I did when I had time, but as something I could build my life around.

That is how ArtlorebyAnitha began.

What started with painting on everyday objects has grown into a space where I can explore different forms of art — from hand-painted totes and pouches to bookmarks, canvas paintings and wall décor.

The medium may change, but my intention remains the same: to create something by hand that brings a little beauty, warmth or joy into everyday life — or becomes a thoughtful gift for someone special.

I love that handmade art doesn't have to be perfect. Every little variation makes a piece unique, and that is what makes it feel human.

ArtlorebyAnitha is my way of slowing down, creating with intention, and making space for art in everyday life.

I'm still learning, experimenting and figuring things out as I go — and that's what makes this journey so exciting.

Every order is carefully packed and shipped from my studio in Bengaluru. I use quality materials and fabric-safe, long-lasting paints where appropriate, creating pieces made to be enjoyed for years to come.
